When eMart24, Korea’s fastest-growing convenience store chain, expanded into Malaysia in 2021, the brand wanted to bring its signature convenience experience to mobile users. Collaborating with Wepin Digital, I helped design the first eMart24 Malaysia mobile app, built to connect local customers with the brand’s offerings in a simple, engaging, and localized way.The challenge was to create a fresh digital experience that balanced eMart24’s vibrant Korean identity with the expectations of Malaysian users. One of the key focuses was the web store redemption flow, where usability and clarity were essential to encourage more successful customer interactions.
Working closely with Wepin Digital’s product and development teams, I designed an interface that feels both modern and intuitive, with a user journey that prioritizes convenience and delight at every step. Each screen was crafted to highlight eMart24’s lively personality while keeping interactions effortless and familiar for local users.The result was a clean, cohesive design system and user flow that established eMart24’s digital presence in Malaysia — blending brand identity, cultural relevance, and user-centered design into one seamless experience.

Build a collaborative environment in which multiple countries' insurers, advisers, regulators, personal finance educator providers, software houses, and industry participants can collaborate to develop a healthy and ever-learning personal financial services environment together. Develop an all-in-one adviser hub apps assist the advisers and team leaders in consolidating the customers policies purchase from difference insurers into a single login dashboard for easy management and review from time to time. Automates the insurance workflow to enhance trust between policyholders, Intermediaries, and Insurers by digitising the process. It’s where insurers and insurance advisers can better serve clients by connecting and aligning with each other.

Collaborated with Syed Abdullah, the elder brother of Syed Saddiq. Shacle is a mobile app based on his concept — driving social change and challenging systems that have been used for decades. We have designed a true masterpiece. Our method of “Shackling” is so revolutionary that we’re confident it will amaze users. We emphasize persistent organization and secure sharing. We believe Shacle will become so impactful in our daily lives that it simply wouldn’t make sense not to have it installed on your smartphone.

Petz In Care
Petz In Care is a health care supplements brand dedicated to improving the quality of life for all furkids — because every family deserves better. I was engaged as a freelance designer to help the client establish their brand identity from the ground up, covering logo design, slogan development, website design, and product photography. The founders’ story was the emotional foundation of the brand. Their journey began with personal heartbreak and a strong sense of purpose:
“At Petz In Care, we experienced the pain of losing our beloved furkid, Nicky, to malignant melanoma — a condition that could have been prevented. The feeling of helplessness was overwhelming, and it opened our eyes to how important nutrition and preventive care are for our furry family members. This experience inspired us to create Petz In Care — to raise awareness and provide health supplements that help furkids live longer, healthier, and happier lives.”
Drawing from their story, I crafted a brand identity that captures empathy, trust, and care. The logo was designed to convey warmth and protection, while the slogan emphasizes hope and well-being. The website layout focuses on emotional storytelling balanced with clarity and trustworthiness, ensuring visitors feel both informed and connected. Product photography was styled to reflect purity and compassion, aligning with the brand’s commitment to holistic pet health.
The final brand identity successfully translated the client’s heartfelt mission into a cohesive visual language, helping Petz In Care connect emotionally with their audience and establish credibility in the pet health supplement market.

Legacy System to
Modern SaaS Solution
I joined LF Logistics in 2017, right at the start of a major transformation initiative to replace fragmented, on-premise logistics applications with a modern, user-centered digital platform. As a UX designer embedded in the core product teams, I helped define the UX architecture, interaction patterns, and usability improvements that would shape the next generation of our logistics solutions.
This transformation became the Supply Chain Execution (SCE) system — a unified SaaS platform integrating WMS, TMS, FMS, Global Control and Visibility, and Billing into a seamless single-login experience. I contributed to redesigning key workflows, including warehouse operations such as inbound, outbound, inventory control, receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatching — delivering greater accuracy, real-time visibility, and operational efficiency. Today, SCE is successfully deployed across China, Singapore, the Philippines, and Malaysia, with Malaysia serving as the Global IT Hub supporting rollout and adoption across the region.

The W Group Property Development Company has recently launched its latest project — University Utama Condominium (UUC), located in Telipok, Sabah. This exciting new development is designed to offer modern living with convenience and style, attracting both investors and homeowners alike.To enhance the showroom experience for potential buyers, W Group has appointed Whitebase, a 3D visualization company, to create the artist impression of the interior and exterior design of the UUC property.As part of this collaboration, Whitebase has partnered with us to develop a digital interactive touchscreen display for the showroom. This cutting-edge installation will integrate 3D visuals with an intuitive digital interface, allowing visitors to explore the property’s features, amenities, and layout in an engaging and interactive way.
Through this partnership, we are merging design and technology to create an immersive digital experience — one that not only showcases UUC’s architectural beauty but also reflects the forward-thinking vision of W Group in property marketing.
